It is definitely an excellent material for making quilted coats or puffer jackets. Some padded jackets are very colorful. This texture is one of these brightly colored outer garment. Each quilted cell is puffed with cotton, so the whole texture bulges outwards. To match the major material colors, orange threads is used.
